Do I need the app?

No. Imagery Bros works in your browser, on a phone or a computer: pick a style, add a photo, create, and keep everything in your library. An iPhone app is coming soon, and it will use the same account.

How do I pay?

Web payments open in the next few days, and your 3 free credits work now. When they open, you will choose a pack when you run out of credits and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in a form on the page. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Each pack is a one-time payment.

Can I get a refund?

If something goes wrong, email us. Unused credits from a web purchase can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits you have already used are not refundable, except where the law requires it. The details are in the Terms.

Are my photos private?

Yes. Your portraits are private to you and are never published or shown to anyone else. Uploaded photos are deleted from our storage within about a day, unless you keep them in a saved style.

To make your image, your photo is sent to an AI image provider, such as Google (Gemini), and used only for that. The Privacy Policy names every provider we may use. We don't sell your data.

What if I don't like the result?

Choose Change something to fix one detail, or Make another version. Each attempt shows its cost first.

If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits come back automatically. If something styles unsafe or wrong, open the result, choose More, then Report a problem.

Will it style exactly like me?

We aim for a close likeness, but resemblance may vary. AI results differ from one attempt to the next, and small details such as text on a label can change. Check the result before you use it. If it is not quite right, make another version; the cost shows first.

How do I delete my account?

Open Account, then More, then Delete my account. Your account and portraits are deleted, and your payment customer record at Stripe is deleted too (see the Privacy Policy for retention).
