Privacy Policy
Effective date: 29 October 2026. Operator: Imagery Bros (https://imagerybros.com). Contact: support@imagerybros.com. A real person replies.
Your photos, in plain words
- Why we need it: only to make the portrait you asked for.
- Who sees it: to make the image, your photo is sent to an AI image provider, such as Google (Gemini). Section 3 names every provider we may use. Providers handle data under their own terms (section 4).
- How long we keep it: we delete uploaded photos from our storage within about a day, unless you keep them in a saved style.
- Your portraits: private to you. We never publish them or show them to anyone else.
- Head coverings and modest clothing: kept as they are. No style makes clothing more revealing.
- Deleting: remove any portrait, or your whole account, from Account in the studio.
1. What we collect
- Account: your email address; or, if you sign in with Apple, the Apple ID identifier (and relay or real email); or, if you sign in with Google where it is offered, your Google account identifier and email; plus an internal user ID. If you use Sign in with Apple we also keep, encrypted, the Apple token needed to revoke your Sign in with Apple connection when you delete your account. Signing in with Apple, Google or an email code on the website uses the same account data as the iPhone app: the same email or Apple ID gives you the same account, credits and library.
- Content you provide: text and field values you enter, photos you choose to upload, and your saved presets and favorites.
- Content we create: the images generated for you and their settings.
- Purchases and credits: your credit balance, ledger entries and purchase records. For website purchases these include your Stripe customer ID, the Stripe payment IDs and the amounts paid; for App Store purchases, the product, transaction identifiers, environment and refund status. We do not receive or store your payment card details: on the website they go straight to Stripe, and in the iPhone app Apple processes the payment.
- Reports and support: reports you submit about a result and messages you send to support.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
We do not sell personal data. To measure our ads, the iOS app tells Meta when it is installed or opened and when you buy a credit pack, and, only if you accept cookies, this website uses the Meta Pixel (see section 9). The iOS app uses your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when the app asks.
2. How we use it
To sign you in, run the service's features, generate and store your images, operate credits and purchases, prevent abuse and fraud, moderate content, provide support, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
3. Who processes it (processors)
- Stripe: payments on the website (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You enter your card details in Stripe's payment form and they go to Stripe, not to us. Stripe also keeps its own payment records, as an independent controller, for fraud prevention and legal obligations, under its privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases and notifications.
- Google: Google sign-in on the website, where it is offered.
- Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage and queues for the service.
- Resend: sending sign-in code emails.
- AI image providers, depending on the option used for your image: Google (Gemini), Black Forest Labs, OpenAI, fal.ai, Replicate, or another provider we configure. Your prompt, field values and, if you choose a photo template, your photo are sent to the provider selected for that generation. The service names the provider before you upload a photo.
4. Retention
- Uploaded photos: deleted from our storage within about a day, unless you keep them in a saved style.
- Your portraits and images: kept until you delete them or delete your account.
- Ledger and purchase records: retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations, even after account deletion (in a form that no longer identifies you where possible).
- Stripe customer record: deleted when you delete your account. Stripe may keep payment records as the law requires.
- Sign-in codes: expire after 10 minutes.
- Website sign-in cookie: expires after 60 days, or when you sign out.
- Apple token: kept only to revoke Sign in with Apple on account deletion, then removed.
- Provider-side retention: governed by each provider's own terms.
- Backups and logs may persist for a limited period after deletion.
5. Your choices and rights
You can delete individual portraits and images, and delete your account and data on the website (Account, More, Delete my account) or in the iPhone app (Profile, Delete account). Deleting your account also deletes your Stripe customer record and revokes the Sign in with Apple connection. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data and to object to or restrict processing, as the law that applies to you provides; contact support@imagerybros.com. You can stop the iPhone app from tracking you at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
6. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us.
7. Security and transfers
Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted. Our processors may process data in countries other than yours; where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
8. AI-generated content
Images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Do not upload photos of people or content you do not have the right to use.
9. Cookies, app events and advertising measurement
Strictly necessary cookies. When you sign in on the website we set two cookies. __Host-ib_rt keeps you signed in: it is first-party, HttpOnly (page scripts cannot read it), Secure, and lasts 60 days or until you sign out. ib_si is a hint cookie with the value 1 that lets our pages show "My portraits" instead of "Sign in"; it holds no personal data and is removed when you sign out. Both are needed to provide the sign-in you asked for, so they do not depend on the cookie banner. Your browser also stores your cookie choice (ib-consent) and, when you add a photo on a style page before opening the studio, that photo is kept temporarily in your browser so it can be carried into the studio. It stays on your device until you create.
Advertising measurement. With your consent, this website uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure visits that come from our ads. It sets cookies and sends your visit information, such as the page viewed and your browser details, to Meta. Declining is the default: until you tap Accept, no Meta code loads and nothing is sent. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer of every page.
In the iOS app, we use Meta's app events tool (the Meta SDK) to learn which of our ads lead to installs and purchases. The app sends Meta only these events: the app was installed or opened, and a credit pack was bought (the pack, its price and currency). Meta's SDK also sends technical details such as your device model, iOS version and an app-specific identifier. We never send your photos, prompts, results or email to Meta. Meta receives this as an independent company under its own privacy policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy), not as our processor. The app asks once whether it may track you. If you allow it, the events can include your device's advertising identifier. If you don't, they don't, and Meta gets only anonymous, aggregated ad results from Apple (SKAdNetwork). You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
